When we are self-focused we may see others as tools to get what we want, as obstacles that keep us from our objective or maybe they are irrelevant or we ignore them and their needs.
This exercise invokes curiosity and creates a relationship that others matter like I matter. We begin to work with each other towards fulfilling the needs of the organization instead of our individual needs.
Exercise #4: Learn the objectives of three patients or team members that you affect in the practice.
