Gratitude has many benefits in our life. It can lead to increased happiness, better health, deeper relationships and increased productivity. Gratitude increases self-esteem and makes us less self-centered. With gratitude we build relationships with intention and authenticity. When we are grateful towards each other, we motivate future acts of support in return and encourage like-minded behavior.
Create a culture of gratitude and change your attitude!
In the morning take a 2-5 minutes to think about one thing that you are grateful for. Write down a word or write a sentence about something that has had an impact on you. Keep them somewhere special where you can reflect and stay motivated.
